Vallina Grande – M

We first considered a double storey building. The Vallina Grande was a great looking option. Taking the trip to Gledwood Hills to see the display home only re-enforced that this was an awesome home. The advantage of a double storey was having a backyard. However, increased cost and a neighborhood with single storey homes meant that this was not an option. Upstairs is really nice in this house but the great room needs to be longer, instead of 4400 needs to be 6400.
