Once you have paid your 5% contract payment Masterton will arrange your various appointments to make all those fun choices that you have to make for your house. Tiles, taps, paint colours, air conditioner, alarms, electrical, network points, tv points, etc ,etc.. list goes on and on…
I have found this to be the easiest of the entire process. Each person is keen to provide options (keen to upsell). Its a good idea to pay extra for things that you can’t change later (tiles) but you will be paying a premium.
