Although there is lots to go through in this appointment it was the easiest of all our appointments (really). We arrived at 9:00 and had all the selections completed by 1:00. We didn’t leave however until 4:30 because the need to go through the paperwork and double check everything.
A few upgrades on the day costing close to $1500. One cost for approx $400 was to connect cabling from the street to the house, I thought this would be included in the cost of a house but apparently not.
