We got this conduit wire for the wall mounted TVs. The cost of cabling up to the TV is far more expensive then building the conduit now and running the cable yourself. Very handy for future cabling.

I would have liked to lay cat6 cabling but opted not to. Needed to save some money and this is something we can do for relatively the same price later on.
